Sho graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, following which he spent the early part of his career in a number of Engineering disciplines at British Aerospace. He has since spent the majority of his working life in Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial roles for various organisations including Airbus, Accenture, Macquarie Infrastructure Fund and Carillion, Babcock International group both in large established teams and start-up environments.
Sho is responsible for all Commercial and Supply Chain matters in UKIFS, including governance and assurance and the sourcing and integration of Whole Plant Partners, System Partners and the wider supply chain.
